Well it is finally here after years of waiting and Gran Turismo 5 does not disappoint. The only complaint I found with it is that the home menu is a little confusing, but once you get past that, this is just what you would expect from the Gran Turismo series. It feels like a perfect extension of GranTurismo 4 with some added features that bumps it up a notch. The addition of the go-karts may seem silly, but in all actually it is great fun to play. The licenses part of it has been put aside for requirements into races and been replaced by levels earned through experience points. The challenges that open up through the levels are awesome as well and for you nascar fans out there Jeff Gordon opens the gates to them. Additionally, the challenges themselves are pretty tough as well. The used car lot is a fantastic part of the game as well, allowing you to grab cars that are not sold at the dealerships and some of them are required to get to finish some of the races. The same system of tuning your car is still in place with a lot of little additions that make it better. All in All, I love this game and recommend it to anybody who is a fan of the series, it will not disappoint at all.

The superbly dark artistic game Limbo feels like they took a morbid childrens book turned upside down. Even though it looks strangely interesting, the game is a remarkable puzzle game using a platform system using levers, ropes, sliding blocks, and other platform techniques. It is one of those simple addictive puzzle games that you will not be able to put down.

Allrighty, Everybody seems to have an opinion over Blizzard’s Strategy of releasing expansions to play the campaigns of the other races, the killing of LAN play, and even the $60 price tag. Of course, I have an opinion too! I am generally the first to complain about these problems, but in all honesty we pay $60 for X-Box and PS3 games that are half as good if that with no replay value or good multiplayer. I have been playing it for about 6 hours or so and honestly I am very happy with it even though I hat Activision with a passion. The level of story involved is pretty cool and the interactivity outside the main game is a nice little perk, and I know it is not for everyone. The campaign being split into the main game and three expansions kinda pisses me off. I hate playing as the terrans, but the strategy and situations that are presented are truly a little more unique and thoughtful than most strategy games. Also, if the level of gameplay and thoughtfulness that went into this game go into the other expansions, then I will be a happy camper. The fact that you have to login each and every time to play your solo campaign pisses me off as well. Additionally, they kept the gameplay pretty much the same as the original which is pretty awesome thing. The introduction of choice of missions to play, although limited is nice and I also like the fact of the extra upgrades you can buy throughout the game and the research levels. I thought it took more of an RPG approach in that aspect. Overall, I would say the game has been worth the money and you will rarely hear that out of me.

This series has always been true to the sport as far as gameplay is concerned and the next installment of Skate from EA sports is no different. The difference does come two-fold. the first being a brand new city, and the second is the social gameplay. As where Skate 2 was more of an anti Skate city, this one is an open and friendly city. A city where you will not be bogged down for your lifestyle choice to Skate. Selling boards and building your brand is the main thrust of the Career mode, with each career challenge offering a reward in the form of board sales. It feels similar to an experience points system that will trigger new milestones at increasing intervals, which unlock more challenges, gear, and new spots to skate throughout the city.

Once again playing as Sam Fisher, Your former employer has betrayed you and it is time for revenge. I really wasn’t a huge fan of Splinter Cell series, but at least in this go around a secondary combat system is deployed once you have broken your code of silence.
