RAGE Screenshots and E3 footage

Dude, Bethesda and ID teamed up to create RAGE, a post-apocalyptic FPS of course. Imagine borderlands, Fallout 3, and Doom thrown into a stew and this is what is served. The RAGE team primarily consists of the Makers of Doom and the gameplay is reminiscent of Doom 3. The stylistic choices for RAGE remind me of Fallout 3. At first I thought, WTF!?! it looks like some of the exact same scenery and set up as Fallout 3. Then I remember thinking, Fallout 3 would be an awesome game if it had more of the FPS shooter feel of Doom 3. How could I complain? From the trailer it looks like an awesome gameplay experience, and the mutants look like they will snap you like a twig, but I will have to say RAGE looks to be on the top of my list for most anticipated games of 2011. It has a release date of September 13th of 2011 and will be released on PC, PS3, and Xbox360 platforms with multiplayer. Seriously can not wait for this game. Check out these RAGE Screenshots. Dead Island Screenshot and Trailer

Allright, we have been through this classic tale over and over again, but Dead Island represents it in pretty cool fashion as the trailer depicts. The Dead Island screenshots are not bad either and who gets tired of chopping zombies to bits and watching all the blood and gore associated with it as well. Set in the tropical paradise of The Royal Palms resort in Papua New Guinea, this game features a more realistic fashion hack and slash fashion where you will not find weapons readily available around every corner and tucked away in the most auspicious of places. Instead you will hack and slash your way through the gritty world of Dead Island with Pipes, Knives, Axes, and weapons you would find in real life. From the Dead Island Screenshots the graphics seem amazing. So far the company Techland has announced playability with several characters with Dead Island and also the zombies have several different stages of their “zombieness” as well as new looks as you hack and slash through them. Look out for Dead Island for the PS3 and enjoy these Dead Island Screenshots and Trailer as well.

L.A. Noire Extensive Trailer and screenshots

Rockstar-LA-Noire-Screenshots-01 L.A. Noire Extensive Trailer and screenshots

L.A. Noire from Rockstar games looks to be a promising new title from rockstar games. From the trailers and previews I have seen, the game boasts incredible graphics and facial expressions that I am actually excited to play. Combining Rockstar’s normal gameplay from Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption then mixing it with the mystery and investigation measures of Heavy Rain, L.A. Noire seems to be one exciting and thorough gameplay systems I have seen. I am eagerly awaiting LA Noire and think that it will prove to be a must have game.

First Glance: Duke Nukem Forever

Allright, after 13 years of waiting, Duke Nukem Forever has a launch date of May 3rd, 2011, but do not set yourself for a mind blowing spectacular game, but rather a kick back to what made Duke Nukem such a popular game in its day, which is the over the top personality and one liners. From what I have been reading Duke Nukem Forever is a game that promises nothing but just drinking beer, looking into the mirror and patting your own back to regain health(hey, a high ego boast does wonders for the soul!). Al in all Duke Nukem Forever comes back to Babes, Beer, and that 90′s one liner macho alpha male syndrome which we all have to admit, is fun to indulge into. Check out this Duke Nukem Trailer and Duke Nukem Screenshots.
