Allright to 2K games! I love a company that gives players free content, and they are making a pretty sweet contribution to Civilization V with the Mongols Scenario DLC pack. Ride with Genghis Khan and conquer the largest continuous land empire from the start. Additionally, They have announced the Babylonian Civilization pack will be available for $4.99. Both these DLC’s will be available on October 25th, 2010.
Allright, Just because I have been a Halo fan since the beginning I am happy to announce that the Halo: Reach Noble Map pack will be arriving on Xbox Live on November 30th, 2010. Scoring in at 800 MS points($10), This will add three new multiplayer maps to Halo: Reach and an additional 250 gamerscore points. The three maps in the Noble Map Pack are Tempest, Anchor 9, and Breakpoint.
Tempest seems to be geared towards middle sized multiplayer maps and will add alot of new stuff for the forge menu so get geared to have some fun with that.
Anchor 9 is a close quarters aggressive combat style level my personal favorite.
Breakpoint is more of a huge multiplayer map geared towards Invasion and Big Team Battle Games.
Sounds like the Halo: Reach Nobel Map Pack will have something for everyone to enjoy, and Enjoy the Halo: Reach Nobel Map Pack Screenshots as well.
Dead Rising 2 is set for a very aggressive DLC release strategy with one on the way on Oct 12th, 2010. The Dead Rising crew also have one coming out each week till Nov. 2nd 2010. This is set to thrill any gamer and help to keep the pace with most gamers, unless your a freak like me and try to blast through each game within a day. The Psychopath Theme Pack kicks off the new content, removing all doubt of Chuck’s mental stability and making him more difficult to kill. The pack also includes new takes on weapons such as chainsaws, cleavers, and axes. On October 19, Capcom will release the Soldier of Fortune pack, allowing Chuck to “Rambo out” with double ammo, increased shooting accuracy, increased damage, and added headshot accuracy. No word yet on the price of the DLC packs for Dead Rising 2, but in any case this game is set to have one hell of a back-up when it comes to DLC content. Dead Rising 2 DLC is coming out for both the Xbox 360 and PS3.
Allright, August 10th we can expect the first paid DLC for Red Dead Redemption entitled Legends and Killers. Adding on nine new multiplayer maps, eight new characters, new weapons, and a slew of new challenges. Legends and Killers will be available on August 10 for 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live and $9.99 on the PlayStation Network. Check out the Trailer.
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair is an awesome game all on its own, but with Bonovox_40 claims to have found a few pieces of a DLC to be released for Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. It is rumored that there will be two new characters added, Maria Renard and Julius Belmont. There is little bits of proof about this but here is a quick screenshot to help us out.
